This development of the economy exists when all consumers spend all their money all the time only on goods and services that keep nature in perfect state.
There is then no ecological problem. Mankind lives in harmony with Nature. The economy continues to progress along the boundaries of nature.
Such a development is realized under two conditions:
1. Producers prove scientifically which percentage of their costs of production were made for goods and services that have kept nature unblemished; the ecological value of their merchandise and
2. Consumers get a discount on the purchase price of everything they buy. This discount is equal to 30% of that ecological value of their purchases. - Imagine that you bought a shirt of 100€. Assume that the producer has scientific proof that fifty percent of his costs of production were made for goods and services that kept nature sound. You will then receive a discount of 30% of 50€, or 15€. -
Under these conditions consumers are driven by personal and financial interests, two powerful drives in human behaviour, to buy only products with the highest ecological content. To satisfy this demand, producers will compete with each other by increasing this amount, until they supply 100% ecological merchandise. Considering their intelligence and technical capabilities enhanced by the force of competition, it will not take that long.
A market economy in which these two conditions are prerequisites is not a free market economy because of these requirements to do business on the market. It is an ethical market economy because consumers will maintain ethical currents in this economy as is explained under consequences.
To launch such an economy, I created the "biosustainable" market. These two conditions are essentials to do business there. This market is also based on the three concepts.
