Centre and the Association of Cities and Regions for Recycling, Brussels,
Belgium, March 14 and 15, 2003. Participated in the workshops in preparation
of the Parliament and presented the proposal to test to what extent consumers
will change their way of living if they can deduct from their taxable income
the money they spent on ecological products.
